摘要
目的探讨健康教育与护理干预在癫痫患者治疗中的应用。方法将本院收治的102例癫痫患者随机均分为两组,观察组给予健康教育与护理干预,对照组采取常规护理,比较两组患者的生活质量。结果经健康教育与护理干预后观察组各项生活质量评分均显著优于护理前,且均显著优于对照组护理后,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对癫痫患者采取健康教育与综合护理干预可提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the impact of health education and nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with epilepsy. Methods One hundred and two cases of patients with epilepsy admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group was given health education and nursing intervention, the control group was given routine care, the quality of life of two groups was compared. Results The quality of life scores of observation group after health education and nursing intervention were significantly better than that before nursing, and were significantly better than that of control group, the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Health education and nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with epilepsy, worthy of clinical application.
