成年癫痫患者生活质量及影响因素分析 被引量：4

摘要 采用癫痫患者生活质量量表-31(QOL IE-31)和Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)对76例癫痫患者和68例正常对照组进行评价。结果显示,癫痫患者QOL指标得分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);伴有抑郁症状的癫痫患者对发作的担忧、情绪健康、精力疲乏和总体健康水平低于不伴有抑郁的癫痫患者(P<0.05)。提示成年癫痫患者生活质量较正常人群显著降低,抑郁对其生活质量影响较大。
