摘要
目的改进盆炎净胶囊中益母草薄层色谱法。方法采用TLC法,展开剂:乙酸乙酯-无水乙醇-甲酸(3∶2∶2);显色剂∶稀碘化铋钾试液-三氯化铁试液(10∶1)混合溶液。结果展开时间短,分离效果好,斑点比原方法清晰,重复性好。结论本方法可用于盆炎净胶囊益母草药材的质量标准控制。
Objective To improve the identifiation method of thin layer chromatography of Leonuri Herba in Penyanjing Capsules. Methods Thin layer chromatography （TLC） method was used, the developing solvent was ethyl acetate-anhydrous ethanol-formic acid （3∶2∶2）, the chromogenic solvent was dilute bismuth potassium iodide test solution-ferric trichloride test solution （10∶1） mixed solution. Results The method had a good separation effect, time saved, the spots were more clear and with good repeatability than the original method. Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of Leonuri herba identification in Penyanjing Capsules.
