摘要
目的优选超声法提取益母草总碱的工艺。方法以益母草药材的浸泡时间、乙醇的用量、超声处理时间以及超声处理次数为考察因素,进行正交实验设计。结果益母草总碱最佳的提取工艺为加入18倍量95%乙醇,浸泡6 h后超声处理40 m in。结论该提取工艺经济、实用,效率较高。
Objective To optimize the technology of extracting total alkaloids from leonurus by ultrasonic. Methods By orthogonal experiment, four factors： the dosage of solvent, the duration of soaking, the duration for ultrasonic extraction and the requency of extraction were reviewed. Results The optimal extractive technics was： adding 18 times of 95% C2H5OH, soaking for 6 hours, and extracting once for 40 minutes by ultrasonic. Conclusion The extractive technics is economic, feasible and efficient for extracting the total alkaloids from leonurus.
