摘要
目的探讨临床联合用药治疗双相情感障碍的效果。方法将研究对象分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予丙戊酸镁和利培酮,对照组给予丙戊酸镁和安慰剂,使用BRMS量表进行评定。结果观察组有效率显著高于对照组,BRMS各因子得分显著低于对照组,副反应在两组无显著性差别。结论临床联合用药治疗双相情感障碍,效果更好,副反应未明显增加,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of combination drug therapy in curing bipolar disorder. Methods The research objects would be divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group was given Magnesium Valproate Sustained Release Tablets and Haloperidol Tablets, and the control group was given Magnesium Valproate Sustained Release Tablets and placebo. The BRMS Scale was used to assess the final effect. Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The factors＇ score of BRMS of the observation group was each lower than those of the control group. Both groups were same in adverse reaction. Conclusion Combination drug therapy in bipolar disorder has better effect with the same adverse reaction, and worth popularization and application.
