摘要
采用示差扫描量热法(DSC)研究了SiC晶须、SiC颗粒和短碳纤维混杂对Zn23Al2Cu合金的时效动力学及熔融过程的影响。研究结果表明,增强体的加入改变了基体合金的时效动力学,使时效析出温度提前,同时又减少了时效析出相的数量,在两种复合材料中,SiC晶须的影响最大。增强体的加入对共析转变温度和β相的固相线温度影响不大,但它使复合材料的基体中出现了在纯基体合金中没有的共晶相。
The differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) was used to investigate the aging and melting behavior of Zn 23Al 2Cu alloy and its composites The results show that due to the addition of reinforcements the aging kinetics of the alloy is accelerated and the quantity of the precipitate is decreased The eutectoid point and the liquidus temperatures are almost not affected Some eutectic phase is found in the composites The reasons for the above effects are discussed
