摘要
介绍了用短碳纤维和ABS塑料制作的复合材料的复合规律和制作工艺,测定了其力学性能,观察了断口形态.结果表明,所制复合材料的力学性能在宏观上各向同性,其强度是ABS塑料的2.5倍.
The present paper reports the compositing regularity and processing for making the composite material from short carbon fiber and ABS plastics. We determined its mechanics properties and observed its fracture morphology. The results show that the composite material is isotropic macroscopic ally and the strength of the composite material is 2. 5 times that of the ABS plastics.
