摘要
高职院校内涵建设的关键在于推行"以人为本"的文化管理模式.在具体的管理实践中,应当渗入人性化思想,把受文化支配的人的思想和情感作为重要指标,加强信念及价值观的培育,并充分发挥其在管理中的作用.这既是对传统教育管理机制的一种突破,也是对新型教育管理模式的创建.因此,厘清文化管理的特征、把握文化管理的原则、探索实施文化管理的思路和策略,具有理论和现实的双重意义.
The key of connotation construction of higher vocational colleges is to carry out human-oriented cultural management mode, put humanistic philosophy into management practice, take human thought and emotion dominated by culture as important indexes, strengthen cultiva-tion of belief as well as values and give full play to it in management, which is ：not only a break-through of traditional mechanism education management, but also a establishment of new educa-tion management mode. So it has double significance of theory and practice to clarify the charac-teristics of cultural management, grasp the principle of cultural management and explore the thought and strategy to implement cultural management.
