摘要
以乙酰溴与多聚甲醛为原料,二氯甲烷为溶剂反应得到乙酸溴甲基酯,通过正交试验找到最佳反应条件,考察反应物摩尔比、反应时间和反应温度对产物收率的影响.实验结果表明:当乙酰溴与多聚甲醛摩尔配比为0.67∶1,反应时间12 h,反应温度30℃时,产率可提高至83.33%.用1H-NMR对乙酸溴甲基酯进行表征.
Bromomethyl acetate was synthesized by acetyl bromide and paraformaldehyde,and methylene dichloride was used as solvent.The mole ratios of reactants,reaction time and temperature as chief factors were investigated through orthogonal test.The optimal yield was 83.33 % when the factors told above were 0.67∶ 1,12 h and 30 ℃,respectively.Moreover,the product was characterized by 1H-NMR.
