摘要
描述了罗茨风机与离心风机在杭州七格100 t/d污泥焚烧示范工程中的应用特性。在电机转速不变的情况下,罗茨风机可向循环流化床提供恒定的流量,风量不随风机出口压力的波动而变化,风量的大小仅与罗茨风机电机转速有关;离心风机出口风量波动大,供风量与压力的波动呈反向关系。采用罗茨风机,向循环流化床供风,易于实现系统的稳定运行。
The article describes the characteristics of Roots blower and centrifugal blower used in Hangzhou Qige 100-t/d Sludge Incineration Demonstration Project.Under the condition of the constant speed of motor,Roots blower can supply the fixed air flow into the circulating fluidized bed.Its air capacity is varied not with the pressure wave at the outlet of blower.The air capacity is only related to the motor speed of Roots blower.The air capacity at the outlet of the centrifugal blower is waved greatly.The fluctuation of air supply and pressure presents in inverse relationship.It is easy to realize the stable operation of system by using Roots blower supplying the air to the circulating fluidized bed.
