摘要
针对杭州七格污水处理厂一期工程出水氨氮浓度不稳定的情况,以BioWin软件为平台,搭建了符合七格污水厂一期工艺实际运行的虚拟污水厂模型,并对工艺运行参数进行优化。模拟结果表明,调整污泥浓度到4 200 mg/L、DO浓度到3 mg/L有利于氨氮的降解,不建议通过调整内回流比来降低出水氨氮浓度。
Aimed at the unstable effluent ammonia nitrogen concentration in the first-phase project of Hangzhou Qige Sewage Treatment Plant, using BioWin software as a platform, a virtual model of the sewage treatment plant that is consistent with the actual operation of the first-phase project of Hangzhou Qige Sewage Treatment Plant was built, and the process operation parameters were optimized. The simulation results show that adjusting sludge concentration to 4 200 mg/L and dissolved oxygen concentration to 3 mg/L is favorable for degradation of ammonia nitrogen. It is not suggested that the effluent concentration of ammonia nitrogen is reduced by adjusting the internal recycle ratio.
