摘要
在我国的政治演进中,几代领导核心围绕国家的发展,不断创新发展思想并使之政策化,取得了巨大成就。西北民族地区的发展和民族政治发展都是在服从于国家发展和政治演进的过程中逐步实现的,国家发展条件、环境直接影响着西北民族政治,国家利益、民族权利的选择和实现都是西北民族政治的选择,国家发展、少数民族发展、社会发展、人的发展同时成为西北民族政治的主题。
In the process of Chinese political development, around the state development, generations of leading cores make great efforts to innovate development ideas and turn these ideas into policies. Being consistent with the state development and political evolving, there came the achievement of the development of northwestern ethnic areas and the ethnic political development in these areas. The state developing condition and environment exert a direct influence upon the politics in northwestern ethnic areas, whose choice relates closely with the state interests and ethnic rights. Therefore, the theme of politics in northwestern ethnic areas consists of state development, ethnic development, social development and human development.
