摘要
基础义务教育状况对西北民族地区农牧民影响巨大,影响农牧民生活的发展趋势。通过对农牧民接受基础教育问题进行政治学、经济学、社会学的分析,我们认为西北民族地区农牧民在接受国家义务教育的前提下、应提高技术教育、法制教育的水平,推动西北民族农牧地区社会、政治、经济的发展,促进政治文明建设。
The tendency of living levels development among herd men and farmers in northwest minority agricultural and pastoral areas are greatly influenced by elementary compulsory education. People who depend on agricultural and livestock breeding should upgrade the technical and legal levels in education; promote social, political and economic development; enhance political civilization structure, with essential prerequisites of accepting compulsory education.
