摘要
对热镀锌渣真空蒸馏的挥发规律进行了研究,考察了蒸馏温度、蒸馏时间及真空度对挥发速率及挥发物纯度的影响。在工业试验中得到最佳的工艺条件为:蒸馏温度1 173 K,炉内压力50~100 Pa,蒸馏时间14 h,在此条件下可得到含锌量高于99.9%的金属锌,其直收率可达93.37%。
Studies were conducted on volatile rules of vacuum distillation of hot galvanized scrap to investigate the effects of distillation temperature and time,as well as vacuum degree on the volatile rate and the purity of volatile matter.The optimum technological conditions obtained from industrial experiment were as follows: at a temperature of 1 173 K,after 14 hours of distillation,with furnace pressure of 50~100 Pa,zinc metal with zinc content above 99.9% can be obtained with a direct recovery rate of 93.37%.
