头穴透刺加康复对脑梗死大鼠脑可塑性的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Scalp Penetration Acupuncture and Rehabilitative Training on the Neuronal Plasticity in Rats after Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的:研究头穴透刺加康复训练对急性脑梗死大鼠脑功能的影响,探讨脑梗死后大鼠神经可塑性影响的机制。方法:将健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为模型组(A组)、对照组(B组)、康复组(C组)。通过建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型(MCAO),并进行神经功能评分,电子显微镜观察各组大鼠脑梗死区域突触数目和结构的变化。结果:加康复组对神经功能的影响明显优于模型组和对照组;加康复组的突触结构清晰,结构相对完整,突触数目与其他两组比较显著增加。结论:头穴透刺加康复训练能够减少脑缺血性损伤所造成的细胞死亡,增加半暗带突触数目、保护突触结构的完整性,增强突触联系,对神经元具有保护作用,发挥对脑组织神经细胞可塑性的调节作用,为该治疗方法在临床应用提供了理论依据。 Objective:To study the mechanism of scalp penetration acupuncture and rehabilitative training on the neuronal plasticity in rats after acute cerebral infarction.Methods:The model of focal cerebral ischemia was made by blocking the middle cerebral artery with monofilament in rats.The middle cerebral artery occlussion rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:model group(group A),control group(group B),rehabilitation group(group C),the quantity and structure of synaps in ischemic penumbra were observed with transmission scanning electron microscope.Results:Compared with group B,the difference of the assessment of nervous function was sisnificant between B and group C on 7 d,14 d and 28 d(P<0.05);compared with group B,the quantity of synaps in ischemic penumbra was significant between B and group C on 7 d,14 d and 28 d(P<0.05).Conclusion:The study proved that the therapy of scalp penetration acupuncture and rehabilitative training can enhance the number of synaps in ischemic penumbra,by protecting neuron,increasing nervous function and irregulating neuronal plasticity,the therapy can promote the rehabilitation of paralytic limb.
