摘要
当前,江西代表性事业单位-江西高校在人力资源改革方面面临着人才引进、岗位设置与管理、绩效考核与薪酬管理等新问题,应结合各高校实际,制定科学合理的人才规划,扩宽人才引进渠道,建立灵活的人才引进新机制,完善江西高校人才服务与管理体系;科学设置岗位、完善教职工岗位说明书,分系列设立岗位等级及名称;注重高校绩效考核过程,完善考核内容,强化绩效考核结果的反馈与应用。
At present, there exist the problems of talent introduction, post setting and management, performance appraisal and salary management in the reform of human resources in colleges and universities of Jiangxi. Therefore, it is necessary for colleges and universities of Jiangxi to formulate a scientific talent planning, expand channels of talent introductions, establish a flexible mechanism for talents and perfect the service and management system. They should optimize the post setting and management such as scientific post designs, improve the performance appraisal and salary management, and enhance the feedback and applications of performance appraisal results.
