摘要
介绍了国内外高速公路建设的新型投融资方式和国内投融资现况 ,结合本省的实际情况 ,对高速公路建设的投融资及运营机制进行了探索 ,有一定参考价值。
The paper introduced the new financing way of freeway construction at abroad and financing situation in our country,combined with our provincial practice,it also discussed its financing and operating system for reference.
