摘要
用界面张力法和吸光光度法考察了胜利石油磺酸盐(SLPS)阴离子表面活性剂及其与非离子表面活性剂P1709复配体系的抗盐性能。结果表明,SLPS的耐盐性能与钠离子浓度关系不大,主要取决于钙离子浓度,在高钙条件下其界面活性及地层沉淀损失较大;而将0.3%SLPS与0.1%P1709复配后,复配体系界面张力降低约1个数量级,界面活性增加,复配体系吸光度降低70%以上,沉淀损失得到抑制;与非离子表面活性剂P1709复配使用,降低体系临界胶束浓度是提高SLPS抗盐性能的重要手段,也是扩大其在高盐油藏应用的有效途径。
The salt resistance of anionic surfactant (SLPS) and its compounding system containing non i onic surfactant(P1709) was studied by spectrophotometric method and interfacial tension method. Laboratory research results showed that the salt resistance of SLPS is mainly determined by the concentration of Ca2 + rath er than Na + , more precipitate formed and SLPS' s interracial activity became worse in higher concentration calcium solution. The results also showed that the mixture containing 0.3% SLPS and 0.1% P1709 had lower interracial tension and better interracial activity,with oil water interfacial tension reduced by 10l mN/m or der of magnitude;The absorbance of the system decreases by over 70% and less precipitate formed in the mix ture. Adding non ionic surfactant(P1709) to SLPS solution was an important way to enhance SLPS' s salt re sistance by reduicing the critical micelle concentration(CMC) of compounding system ,and this makes it pos sible to widen the application of SLPS in high salinity reservoirs.
