脑梗死复发相关危险因素分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨脑梗死复发的相关危险因素。方法选取2008年9月—2010年8月在潍坊市脑科医院诊断为脑梗死的患者366例,电话或门诊随访6个月～24个月,用Logistic回归分析脑梗死复发的危险因素。结果性别、糖尿病、冠心病、吸烟为脑梗死复发的危险因素,适度饮酒为保护性因素。结论男性、糖尿病、冠心病、吸烟是脑梗死复发的危险因素,适度饮酒可预防脑梗死复发。
