摘要
针对铝合金型材挤压过程中金属流动的均匀性问题,提出了一种铝型材挤压模工作带长度的优化设计方法,该法以有限体积法数值模拟技术为基础,以获得均匀流动为目标进行工作带长度的迭代计算。经实际算例模拟验证,优化方法可行,结果有效。
In view of the uniformity issue of metal flow during extrusion process for aluminum section, an optimized design method for extrusion die working band length of aluminum section has been presented. The iterative calculation of band length has been conducted in order to get the uniform flow. The practical calculation imitation verifies that the optimized method is feasible and effective.
