摘要
为研究微小尺度材料流动特点,采用相同几何尺寸、不同晶粒尺寸的纯铜圆柱体,在不同的摩擦条件下进行镦粗实验,并通过测量端面显微硬度研究材料流动的情况。结果显示,小变形条件下,小晶粒尺寸和较大摩擦力有利于材料均匀流动;大变形条件下,大晶粒尺寸和较小摩擦力有利于材料的均匀流动。
In order to study the characteristics of material flow in microscopic scale,upsetting experiments of copper cylinders with the same size and different grain sizes was carried out,and the micro hardness of the end faces was measured to study the material flow.The result show that in the condition of small upsetting rate,the smaller grain size and larger friction play positive parts in homogeneous material flow;in the condition of large upsetting rate,the larger grain size and smaller friction play positive parts in homogeneous material flow.
