摘要
病案借阅是病案管理工作的重要内容,做好病案借阅控制是为了达到病案借阅管理的目的 ,使之更好地、及时地为各方使用者提供所需的病案信息,从而充分体现病案的价值及信息的实际效益。目前,本院病案借阅工作量明显增加,对病案信息利用的需求也日益增大,如被医疗、教学、科研使用,被医疗保险、商保理赔、新农合、公检法办案取证等社会其他领域广为利用。作者认为,随着医案检索频度的日益增加,必须制定并实施一套合理的医案借阅归还制度,以实现医案利用率最大化。
The medical record-lending is an important content of medical record management. Doing the control of medi- cal record-lending well is to achieve the purpose of medical record management, so as to make it provide required medical record information for all users better and timely, and reflect the value of medical record and actual benefits of information fully. At present, the workload of medical record-lending in our hospital is increased obviously, the requirements for the usage of medical record information are also increased day by day, such as the usage of medical treatment, teaching, scien- tific research, and the wide usage of other social domain, like medical insurance, commercial insurance claims, rural coop- erative medical system, handling cases and obtaining evidence of public security organs, and so on. The author thinks that with the increase of basis retrieval frequency day by day, it is necessary to work out and perform a reasonable returning system of medical record-lending, so as to realize the maximum utilization rate of medical record.
