摘要
目的研究高场磁共振在乳腺癌诊断及治疗效果评价中的价值。方法选择在本院就诊的疑似乳腺癌患者的临床资料,进行高场磁共振检查,并采用Functool软件绘制时间-信号强度曲线(TIC)、测量病灶最大横径、计算表观扩散系数(ADC)和半定量血流参数,比较高场磁共振检出和B超联合钼靶检查乳腺癌的诊断率。结果高场磁共振术前乳腺癌检出率为65.09%、明显高于B超联合钼靶X线检查率(50.94%),且化疗有效患者和无效患者间,高场磁共振各项检查指标均有明显差异。结论高场磁共振对于乳腺癌的早期诊断及化疗效果的评价有明显作用。
Objective To study the value of high field magnetic resonance in the diagnosis and treatment effect evaluation of breast cancer.Methods The clinic data of suspected patients with breast cancer in our hospital were chosen and given high field magnetic resonance,and then time-intensity curve （TIC） was drawn by Functool soft,maximum diameter of transverse was measured,apparent diffusion coefficient （ADC） and semi quantitative blood flow parameters were calculated.The detection of high field magnetic resonance and the diagnosis ratio of B ultrasound combined with mammography were compared.Results The detection ratio of breast cancer in preoperative was 65.09%,which was significantly higher than the B ultrasound combined with mammography （acounted for 50.94%）,and indicators in high field magnetic resonance were obvious different between the effective and ineffective chemotherapy patients.Conclusion High field magnetic resonance plays a positive role in early diagnosis and evaluation of breast cancer with chemotherapy.
