摘要乳腺癌影像学检查首选乳腺X线,多普勒超声为辅助[1],但二者存在敏感度差、特异度低的缺点。动态增强MRI(dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging,DCE-MRI)具有较高的软组织分辨率,能清晰显示病变的形态特征和血流动力学特征,是检测乳腺癌的敏感方法[2-3]。
