摘要
目的探讨高血压患者的经颅多普勒(TCD)表现。方法选取本院2001年1月～2002年12月门诊接诊及住院确诊的高血压患者285例,均行TCD检查,对检查结果进行分析。结果 183例高血压患者的TCD出现异常,异常率为64.2%。其中,有98例为低流速,占53.6%;85例为高流速,占46.4%;69例为血管峰值(S/D)升高,占37.7%;86例为血管阻力指数升高,占47.0%;99例为频谱形态异常,占54.1%;对治疗2～3个月的183例高血压患者进行TCD复查,其中TCD恢复正常和明显好转157例,占85.8%。结论 TCD检查对高血压病的诊疗及预防具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the method of transcranial doppler （TCD） in patients with hypertension.Methods Two hundred and eighty-five patients with hypertension who were accepted by outpatient service and diagnosed in our hospital were selected from January 2001 to December 2002.All the patients were performed by TCD examination,and the results of the examination were analyzed.Results After the examination by TCD,183 cases of patients were abnormal,the abnormal rate was 64.2%.Among these patients,98 cases were low velocity （acounted for 53.6%）,85 cases were high velocity （acounted for 46.4%）,69 cases increased vascular peak （acounted for 37.7%）.86 cases increased vascular resistance index （acounted for 47.0%）.99 cases were spectrum of morphological abnormalities （acounted for 54.1%）.After treatment of 2～3 months,183 cases of patients with hypertension were reexamined by TCD.And 157 cases were restored and improved （acounted for 85.8%）.Conclusion TCD examination has an important clinical value in diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of hypertension.
