高血压病各期的经颅多普勒、脑电图和CT的对比研究

摘要 目的:观察高血压各期经颅多普勒(TCD)改变,并与脑电图(EEG)、头颅CT进行对比研究。方法:对130例高血压患者的双侧颈内动脉颅内、外段、椎、基底动脉的平均血流速度、PI值、频谱形态进行观察,同时行EEG、CT检查。结果:高血压Ⅰ期,颅内血管血流速度异常增高或痉挛,而EEG、CT检查正常。随着高血压进展,TCD改变主要为血流速度降低,PI值增高,并发现有大动脉狭窄,同时EEG、CT阳性率也逐渐增高,与高血压病理生理改变一致。结论:对高血压病患者进行TCD检查,并结合CT、EEG分析。 Objective:To observe and compare the outcomes of hypertension of all stages by transcranial Doppler ultrasonic examination(TCD),electroencephalography(EEG) and skull CT (CT).Methods:The mean blood flow rate,PI and frequency variations of the cranial internal and external segment arteries,vertebral and basal arteries, and the bilateral internal carotid arteries were examined in 130 hypertensives who were observed simultaneously with EEG and CT.Results:Abnormally increased intracranial blood flow in primary hypertension emerged with TCD while EEG and CT suggested a normal one.As the hypertension advanced,the TCD outcomes were largely manifested by lowered blood flow,increased PI and narrowed conducting arteries.Besides,the EEG and CT positive rates were increased,confirming the pathophysiologic changes in hypertension.Conclusion:The combination of TCD with EEG and CT in hypertension may provide accurate information for the clinical control of hypertension.
