颅脑外伤患者骨折愈合研究

摘要 目的探讨颅脑外伤患者骨折愈合时血清中相关生长因子的变化与骨折愈合的关系。方法选取该院颅脑外伤患者56例作为观察组,30例健康人群作为正常对照组,将颅脑外伤组患者入院后1d、3d、7d和14d的空腹静脉血清与正常对照组患者空腹静脉血清中TGF-β及VEGF水平进行对比。结果正常对照组TGF-β水平为(63.54±10.26)μg/L,颅脑外伤组患者TGF-β水平伤后第1天血清TGF-β水平出现降低,为(40.22±11.36)μg/L,第3天后水平达到最低水平(34.54±11.28)μg/L,到第7天及以后,趋于回升,达到(50.83±11.9)μg/L。对两组TGF-β水平进行统计学比较分析,结果显示P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。正常对照组VEGF水平为(131.35±52.74)pg/ml,颅脑外伤组患者伤后第1天血清VEGF水平出现升高(207.14±100.51)pg/ml,第3天后水平升高出现峰值(324.72±112.45)pg/ml,到第7天时,开始缓慢下降,达到(298.41±105.39)pg/ml,至第14天,达到(164.12±72.23)pg/ml。对两组VEGF水平比较进行统计学分析,结果显示P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论颅脑损伤患者骨折愈合速度加快与血清中TGF-β及VEGF水平相关,具有应用价值。但由于现在科学研究仍对血清中TGF-β及VEGF代谢过程、调节过程及与其他生长因子间的关系仍不清楚,需要进一步探讨。因此,应用TGF-β及VEGF促进骨折愈合,离大规模临床应用仍有一段距离。
