摘要
本文介绍了上海通用别克轿车2000—China—W—Car油门踏板总成的结构、材料及工艺的国产化;尺寸的检具、磷化膜涂层、静态及疲劳的试验台架和试验结果。说明了油门踏板总成的国产化研制已满足SAE标准和GM的要求,顺利通过了美国子系统试验,国内道路试验及总成样件(OTS)和小批总成生产(PPAP)认可属国内领先水平。
This paper describes the localization of structure , material and process of accelerator pedal for Buick2000-China-W-Car of Shanghai General Motors, as well as dimensional checking fixture, phosphate coating, static and dynamic test bench and test results. The localization of accelerator pedal assembly meets SAE standards and GM requirements. With the success of sub -assembly test and local road test and with OTS and PPAP approval, this localization project takes the lead in the nation.
