摘要
为了提高磷化膜与涂料的配套性，分析了影响磷化膜与涂料配套性的诸因素，提出了改善磷化膜与涂料配套性的具体措施是改进除油除锈方法、优化磷化工艺、合理设计磷化工艺设备的布局。
With a purpose to raise the adaptability of the phospherizing film and the coating material,this paper,analyzes the factors influencing the adaptabilty of the phospherizing film and the coating material,and proposes the measure to improve the adaptability of the phospherizing film and the coating material.The concrete measures consist of the improvement of the method of degreasing and the rust removal,optimizing the technology of the phospherizing,reasonable design of the layout of the phospherizing technological equipment,raising the degree of self-control ability of the fluid in the tank and the completion of the purifying equipment set.
