摘要
目的对焊接烟尘净化机组在焊接作业环境中应用效果进行评价。方法我们分别以某灭火器生产企业焊接作业环境设有焊接烟尘净化机组和未设有焊接烟尘净化机组为测定环境,对其焊接过程产生的电焊烟尘、锰及其化合物、氮氧化物、一氧化碳、臭氧等有害因素进行现场采样和有毒物质测定。结果焊接作业环境(作业环境焊接工位设有焊接烟尘净化机组)人员接触有害因素的检测结果均符合国家职业接触限值的要求。结论焊接烟尘净化机组对焊接过程产生的有害因素的控制有一定的效果。
Objective To evaluate application effect on welding fume purification unit in welding operation environment. Methods A fire extinguisher manufacturers welding with welding soot purifying unit and not be provided with the welding fume purification unit were used as the monitoring environment, the risk factors including welding fume, manganese and its compounds, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide and ozone were sampled and determined. Results In welding ( welding station is provided with a working environment of welding fume purification unit ) personnel exposure to the welding fume , CTWA of total dust was 1.84 mg/m3 , excursion limits was 0. 83, harmful factors of test results conformed to national occupa- tional exposure limits. Conclusion Welding fume purification unit of welding process on the harmful factors control has a certain effect.
