焊接作业职业健康知识图谱研究进展分析

摘要 为促进焊接工人职业健康水平的提升,运用CiteSpace软件对2001—2024年中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WoS)核心数据库中收录的焊接人员职业健康相关文献进行可视化分析。结果显示:焊接人员职业健康研究的高频关键词包括电焊烟尘、职业危害、职业暴露和职业病等;发文量排在前5位的国家分别是美国、德国、瑞典、加拿大和法国,其中中心性最强的为法国;发现最新的研究方向为职业健康风险评估,研究热点为职业病有害因素电焊烟尘、噪声。发达国家对焊接的职业健康研究开始早,且侧重于对人体危害的研究,已经深入到细胞组织层面;我国在这方面的研究起步较晚,目前集中在职业环境控制方面。 To promote the improvement of occupational health levels among welding workers,a visual analysis was conducted on the literature related to occupational health of welders included in the CNKI and Web of Science(WoS)core databases from 2001 to 2024 using the CiteSpace software.The results indicate that the high-frequency keywords of welding personnel occupational health research include welding fume,occupational hazards,occupational exposure,and occupational diseases.The top five countries in terms of publication volume are the United States,Germany,Sweden,Canada and France,among which France is the most central.It is found that the latest research direction is occupational health risk assessment,and the research focus is the harmful factors of occupational diseases,such as welding fumes and noise.Research on occupational health of welding in developed countries started early,and focused on the study of harm to human body,delving into the cellular and tissue levels.In China,the research began relatively late,and now focuses on occupational environmental control.
