摘要
采用改进石墨氧化法制备了氧化石墨,用NaBH4还原氧化,得到石墨烯(GP),再采用浸渍法制备了Ru/GP催化剂,用于对氯硝基苯(p-CNB)加氢制对氯苯胺(p-CAN)。考察了加氢压力、溶剂体积、溶剂比例、不同溶剂等对p-CNB转化率和p-CAN选择性的影响。结果表明,当反应温度为60℃,加氢压力为4.0 MPa,反应时间为2 h时,对氯硝基苯转化率可达100.0%,对氯苯胺选择性为94.8%。
The catalyst Ru-graphene was prepared by impregnation method and used for the hydrogenation of p-choronitrobenzene (p-CNB) to p-chloroaniline (p-CAN). The catalytic performance of the catalyst Ru/GP for the selective hydrogenation of p-CNB to p-CAN was performed under a reaction temperature of 60 ℃ ,a hydrogen pressure of 4.0 MPa for 2 h. The maximum yield to p-CAN of 94.8% was observed in the ethanol/water mixtures. The results indicated that the addition of water has a great influence on the catalytic properties of the catalyst Ru/GP. Effects of hydrogenation pressure, the total volume of solvent, solvent and water ratio and solvents on hydrogenation of p-CNB conversion and p-CAN selectivity were al- so investigated.
