摘要
本文研究了影响AIN流延浆料粘度的主要因素,结果表明,环境温度或溶剂比例的增加,浆料的粘度值下降,而较细的粒度和增塑剂的减少则使粘度上升。本文还指出了严格控制各影响因素以实现稳定流延工艺的必要性。
In this peper, paramenter affecting the viscosity of the slurry for tape-casting of A1N substrate are studied by experiment, The resnlts show that increasing of temperature or solvent causes a lower viscosity of the slurry, while smaller particles size of the powder or less plasticizer makes the viscosity higher. It is pointed out that strict control of the parawenters is of importance to achieving satisfactory tape-casting result.
