摘要
为了更好研究低速重载铅锭连续铸造机"水波纹"的成因,对其主动轮以及紧边链条进行动力学建模与分析,而目前国内针对低速重载输送链的动力学研究较少,本文通过分别对输送链系统进行脱模前与脱模后的动力学建模研究,建立其动力学模型与方程,并利用Matlab求解其总的响应,为低速重载铅锭连续铸造机输送链系统动力学研究提供了一种新的有效的方法,并为研究铸造机"水波纹"现象奠定了理论基础。
