摘要
在超高真空粘附装置内原位测定钒钛铸铁、球墨铸铁的粘附力,计算铸铁表面滑动接触时的表面温度,实验发现,粘附力随温度升高而下降。AES分析表明:粘附力下降的原因是非金属元素表面偏析的结果。
The adhesive forces betwenn V T i iron and ductile iron have been measured in Ultra High Vaccum adhesion equipment in situs The surface temperature of iron under the equalibrilum state is calculated. The experiment shows that adhesive force decreases with temperature. increasing The results of AES analysis indicate that the decreasing of adhesive force is attributed to the segreagation of the nonmetallic surface.
