摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术和开腹手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的临床效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法选择2011年6月至2012年5月收治的114例卵巢良性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,其中采用传统开腹手术治疗的55例患者作为对照组,采用腹腔镜手术治疗的59例患者作为观察组,比较两组患者的临床效果及对免疫功能的影响。结果观察组的术中出血量明显少于对照组,术后排气时间及住院时间明显短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率为3.4%,略低于对照组的5.5%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)和促卵泡激素(FSH)改善更为明显,与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgE改善情况明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤能够更好地改善患者的卵巢功能,患者恢复快并且安全性可靠,同时能够明显保护患者的免疫功能,是临床首选的治疗方案。
Objective To observe the influence of immune function and the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open two surgical methods in the treatment of benign ovarian tumor.Methods From June 2011 to May 2012 in our hospital,114 patients with benign ovarian tumors were selected as the research object,55 patients were treated with traditional open surgery as the control group,59 patients were treated with laparoscopic surgery as the observation group,the clinical effect and the influence of immune function of two groups were compared.Results The blood loss of observation group was significantly less than the control group,and the exhaust time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant between two groups（P0.05）;the complication rate of observation group was 3.4%,slightly lower than 5.5% of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant between two groups（P 0.05）;the estradiol（E2）,luteinizing hormone（LH）and follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）of observation group improved more significantly,compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）;the patients serum immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,IgE of observation group improved more significantly than the control group,the differences were statistically significant between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery for benign ovarian tumors are better able to improve the patient＇s ovarian function,patients recover faster and reliable security,and at the same time be able to significantly protect the patient＇s immune function,it is the preferred therapy.
