摘要
目的探讨高龄结肠癌患者细胞免疫功能的变化及化疗对其的影响。方法选择住院进行化疗的高龄结肠癌患者72例,收集同期在该院进行化疗的中青年结肠癌患者76例及在门诊进行体检的健康老年人74例作为对照组。比较3组人群化疗前的细胞免疫功能,并比较高龄患者与中青年患者化疗后的细胞免疫功能。结果高龄结肠癌患者化疗前的NK、CD3、CD4、CD8和CD4/CD8水平分别为21.62%±7.68%、58.72%±15.36%、31.86%±13.21%、22.08%±9.79%、1.37%±0.69%;化疗后的NK、CD3、CD4、CD8和CD4/CD8水平分别为26.68%±12.73%、51.62%±10.38%、31.72%±10.98%、21.08%±8.92%和1.29%±0.63%;中青年结肠癌患者化疗前的NK、CD3、CD4、CD8和CD4/CD8水平分别为16.83%±5.92%、66.04%±7.18%、39.25%±7.58%、23.05%±9.23%和1.49%±0.68%;中青年结肠癌患者化疗后的NK、CD3、CD4、CD8和CD4/CD8水平分别为20.13%±11.69%、60.78%±8.82%、35.43%±8.19%、22.03%±8.28%和1.41%±0.59%。健康高龄人群的NK、CD3、CD4、CD8和CD4/CD8水平分别为21.63%±5.89%、66.68%±8.89%、39.92%±7.63%、22.87%±8.58%和2.02%±1.56%。结论高龄结肠癌患者化疗前的细胞免疫功能低于中青年结肠癌患者及高龄健康人群,化疗后其细胞免疫功能亦进一步降低。
Objective To analysis Cell immune function change for elderly patients with colon cancer and effect of chemotherapy on it.Methods 72 elderly patients with colon cancer receiving chemotherapy in our hospital were choiced,76 cases of young patients with colon cancer receiving chemotherapy in our hospital were collected and 74 cases of elderly healthy medical examination as the control group.The cell immune function of 3 groups before chemotherapy were comparied,and cellular immune function of aged and young patients with colon cancer after chemotherapy were comparied.Results The NK、CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8 levels of senile patients with colon cancer before chemotherapy were 21.62%± 7.68%,58.72%±15.36%,31.86% ±13.21%,22.08% ±9.79%,1.37% ±0.69%;The NK、CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8 levels of senile patients with colon cancer after chemotherapy were 26.68%± 12.73%,51.62% ±10.38%,31.72%± 10.98%,21.08% ±8.92%,1.29% ±0.63%;The NK、CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8 levels of young patients with colon cancer before chemotherapy were 16.83%±5.92%、66.04%±7.18%、39.25%±7.58%、23.05%±9.23%、1.49%±0.68%;The NK、CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8 levels of young patients with colon cancer after chemotherapy were 20.13%±11.69%、60.78%±8.82%、35.43%±8.19%、22.03%±8.28%、1.41%±0.59%;The NK、CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8 levels of healthy elderly were 21.63%±5.89%、66.68%±8.89%、39.92%±7.63%、22.87%±8.58%、2.02%±1.56%.Conclusions The cellular immunity of elderly colorectal cancer patients before chemotherapy are lower than young colon cancer patients and elderly healthy people,the cellular immune function after chemotherapy are further reduce.
