摘要
本文从居家养老的理念出发,提出适合中国社会文化背景的"家文化"养老社区规划理念和规划原则,以沈阳市五彩阳光城养老社区为例,从该项目的规划理念、建筑布局、景观功能设计等角度进行深入讨论,在城市大型综合型养老社区的运作与规划设计方面提出创新性的思考。
Starting from the idea of the old-age home, this paper puts forward the ＇Tamily culture＂ pension conlmunity planning concepts and planning principles which suitable for China＇s social and cultural background.Taking the multicolored sun city pension community of Shcnyang City for example, this paper discusses fi＇om the concept of the project＇s planning. building layout and landscape functional design ,and then puts forward some innovative thinking in the operation and planning and design of large-scale urban pension community.
