摘要
日益加深的老龄化浪潮,迫使社会各界不断创新各种养老方式。本文从老龄化背景和养老方式选择的现实出发,结合国内外养老社区的成功案例,对未来养老社区如何运行、发展提出设想,分析我国建设养老社区时将遇到的阻碍,并对养老社区的发展进行了前景展望。得出结论:养老社区是对养老方式的创新,在未来将成为一种为人们接受的养老方式,而不仅仅是传统意义上的养老机构。
As the wave of aging is deepening increasingly, all sectors of society are forced to innovate the way of aged living. Proceeding from the reality of aging background and the situation of aged living, combining domestic and international retirement community success experience, this paper proposes the idea of how to run and develop a retirement community in our future, analyses the obstacles encountered in the retirement community in China and also make prospects to development of retirement community. At last, it concludes that the retirement community is an innovation and will become an acceptable way of aged living besides traditional ways.
