Structure Design for 82.5 m Through-Type Basket Handle Arch Bridge with Concrete-Filled Steel Tube

摘要 钢管混凝土拱桥充分发挥了钢管混凝土抗压性能好的优点,而且减轻了桥梁上部结构自重,大大提高了梁拱组合体系拱桥的跨越能力。钢管混凝土拱桥以其结构轻盈、线型优美、造价经济等优点而在铁路跨路、跨线工点上大量采用。张唐线跨越唐津高速公路立交主桥结构为跨径82.5 m下承式钢管混凝土拱桥,拱肋在横桥向内倾8度,呈提篮式。主要从结构设计、结构计算和拱肋稳定性3个方面重点对该桥进行介绍,并在拱轴线比选和吊杆张拉顺序两个方面提出一些设计思考。 Concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge can give full play to the good compression performance of concrete-filled steel tube, can reduce self-weight of the upper structure of the bridge, and can greatly improve the spanning capacity of arch bridge with beam-arch combination system. Concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge with its light structure, beautiful alignment, economical cost and other advantages is widely used in the railway projects in the case of crossing the road or crossing the line. The main bridge structure spanning the Tangshan-Tianjin Expressway on Zhangjiakou-Tangshan Railway is a 82.5 m through-type concrete-filled steel tube bridge. Its arch rib leans 8 degrees inwardly in the transverse direction of the bridge with the hand basket type. This paper mainly introduces this kind of bridge from three aspects of structure design, structure computation and arch rib stability, also provides some design considerations of the arch axis's selection and the suspender's tension sequence.
