简介了谷胱甘肽的用途和研究历史 ,重点分析了发酵法和酶法生产谷胱甘肽的工艺过程 。
The application and research background of glutathione were introduced briefly, and the producing process of glutathione by fermentative or enzymatic method was thoroughly analysed. The crucial problems of glutathione biosynthesis from laboratory research to industrialization were discussed solved.
