摘要
目的 :测定洋参二醇皂甙注射液中人参皂甙Rb3 的含量。方法 :HPLC。流动相 :乙腈 -水 -磷酸 (31∶6 9∶0 .2 ) ,检测波和 2 0 3nm。结果 :人参皂甙Rb3 含量测定线性范围 1μg～ 9μg ,加样回收率 99.16 % ,RSD 0 .96 %。 结论 :本法简便、灵敏、准确、可作为该制剂的质量控制方法之一。
Objective: To determine ginsenoside Rb 3 content in Panaxadiol Saponin of American Injection.Methods: HPLC; mobile phase: acetonitrile water phosphoric acid (31.69∶0.2); detection wavelength at 203nm. Results: The linear range of ginseroside Rb 3 content determination was from 1μg to 9μg. The recovery of the added sample was 99.16%. RSD was 0.96%. Conclusion: The method in simple, sensitive and accurate, and can be used as one of methods for quality control of this injection.
