摘要
研究了Sc、Zr联合作用对Al-Si合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,Sc加入到Al-Si合金中后,不仅能够有效地细化共晶团并析出弥散强化相,同时Sc能够参与到高温AlCuNi相的形成过程中,进而影响其形态及分布。因此,Sc的加入能够有效地改善Al-Si合金的硬度及抗拉强度,特别是其高温抗拉强度。Zr与Sc的添加强化了Sc细化共晶团的作用,减少了含Sc粒子析出所需的Sc含量,从而使Sc参与到更多AlCuNi相的形成过程。
Combination ettects of Sc/Zr on the microstructures and properties of A1-Si alloys were investi- gated. The results show that the Se addition can not only refine the eutectic colony and form the Sc con- taining precipitates in A1-Si alloys, but also take part in the formation of A1CuNi high temperature phase, and then influence its morphology and distribution. As a result, the hardness and strength of A1- Si alloys are improved, especially the high temperature strength. Combination addition of Zr and Sc, can enhance the refinement efficiency of Sc on the eutectic colony and reduce the content of Sc in the Sc con- taining precipitates. Therefore, Se can take part in the formation of much more A1CuNi phase.
