摘要
通过认真分析,发现面轮廓度的测量方法和R基准面的加工方法不足是造成ETC节流阀体二次加工面轮廓度超差的主要原因。经过大量的数据验证,采取规范的面轮廓度的测量方法和R基准面的机加工为先粗加工,后精加工,分别完成,从而杜绝了面轮廓度超差的产品产生。
The reasons of causing oversize of planar profile tolerance of secondary machining for ETC throttle valve body was analyzed carefully, which was attributed to the problems in measuring methods of planar profile tolerance and cutting methods of R base level. Based on amounts of data experiments, through using methods of standardized planar profile tolerance and roughing and finishing for R base lev- el, the defects of oversize of planar profile tolerance can be totally eliminated.
