摘要
本文通过分析和研究三点法误差分离技术,建立了测量和评定工件线轮廓度、面轮廓度的数学模型。
Through analyzing and researching“3—point” method error separation technique,this paper has built—up some mathematical models which are used to detect and evaluate workpiece's profile of a line and profile of a surface.
