摘要
目的 探讨规律免疫抑制治疗小柳原田病的疗效。方法 对 17例复发的小柳原田病进行为期 11mo的规律免疫抑制剂强的松和环磷酰胺联合治疗。结果 整个疗程后随访 0 .5～ 5 a以上 ,14例无复发 ,病情稳定康复并视力获得部分好转 ,3例复发者 ,炎症表现在前节 ,局部激素治疗后均获得控制。结论 规律免疫抑制剂联合治疗该病疗效较好 ,治疗时间应达到其自然病程 11mo。
Objective To probe into the therapeutic effect of treatment of Vogt Koyanagi Harada disease with a regular immunosuppression.Methods 17 cases that suffered from the recurrent Vogt Koyanagi Harada disease were treated with prednisone and endoxan. The treatment lasted for 11 months. Results ln the 0.5～5 year follow up periods, the 17 cases had no recurrence except 14. Conclusion lmmunosu pression treatment is effective on recurrent Vogt Koyanagi Harada disease.
