摘要
目的探讨以全身照射(TBI)为主的预处理方案治疗T细胞淋巴瘤患者的疗效。方法回顾性分析行自体造血干细胞移植(AHSCT)的T细胞淋巴瘤患者12例资料。随访TBI+CY预处理方案移植后的造血重建情况、移植并发症和生存情况。结果所有患者移植后造血功能均顺利重建,中性粒细胞数≥0.5×109/L的时间为移植后10-15d,血小板数≥20×109/L的时间为移植后11-16d。随访时间为8-60个月,复发率25%(3/12),病死率16.7%(2/12),2年的无病生存率75%(9/12)。结论以TBI为主治疗T细胞淋巴瘤的预处理方案是安全、有效的。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of total body irradiation （TBI）-predominant preconditioning regimen in patients with T-cell lymphoma. Methods Data of 12 patients with T-cell lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed, who underwent TBI-predominant preconditioning regimen after autologous hematopoietic stern cell transplantation （AHSCT）. The hematopoietic reconstitution, complications and survival were followed up. Results The hematopoietic reconstitution was successful. The time for ANC ≥0.5 × 109/L was 10-15 days and the time for platelet counts ≥20 × 109/L was 11-16 days after successful hematopoietic reconstitution. The patients were followed-up for 8-60 months with the recurrence rate of 25% （3/12）, mortality rate of 16.7 % （2/12）, and 2-year disease-free survival rate of 75 % （9/12）. Conclusion The TBI-predominant preconditioning regimen is effective and safe in the treatment of T-cell lymphoma.
