摘要
对5083铝合金的均匀化退火工艺进行了研究。结果表明:经465℃×35h均匀化退火的5083合金组织中残留相有(FeMn)Al6和少量的β(Mg2Al3),揭示了均匀化工艺对合金组织和性能的影响规律,进而为工业化生产提供了理论依据。
The homogenization annealing process of 5083 aluminum alloy was studied. The results show that 5083 aluminum alloy after annealing homogenization at 465 ~C for 35 h, there are (FeMn)Al6 and a small amount of β(Mg2AI3) in the residual phase. It reveals that the influence law of homogenization process on the microstructure and mechanical properties, and then provides a theoretical basis for industrial production.
