摘要
利用正交试验一次淬火、二次淬火和低温回火处理对20CrMnTi渗碳钢组织和扭转强度的影响进行研究。结果表明:二次淬火能明显细化和强化组织,获得扭转强度最大的最佳工艺为二次860℃淬火,220℃×4 h回火;二次淬火对20CrMnTi钢的扭转强度有明显提高。
Effect of quenching, double hardening and low temperature tempering heat treatment process on microstructure and torsional strength of 20CrMnTi carburizing steels was studied by orthogonal experiment. The results show that double quenching can significantly refine and strengthen the microstructure. The optimum process is quenching twice at 860 ℃ and tempering at 220 ℃ for 4 h. Double quenching can significantly increase the torsional strength of 20CrMnTi steel.
