摘要
采用离子渗氮与多弧离子镀工艺相结合的复合处理方法,对齿轮材料复合处理的工艺进行研究与优化。实验证明,采用离子渗氮与多弧离子镀复合工艺,可以使过渡层与陶瓷涂层之间具有高的结合力,为Ti1-xAlxN陶瓷膜层在工业中更广泛的应用提供了可能。
The composite processing technology of gear materials was studied and optimized using ion nitriding and multi-arc ion plating technology combined processing. The experiment results show that the composite technology can make the transition layer and the ceramic coating with high binding force, and provides possible for the Ti~.~AI^N ceramic coating in industrial in a wide range of applications.
